The University of Arizona College of Education

Meet Your Academic Advisors

Undergraduate students are assigned to an advisor according to their program of study.  Advising by major allows us to best serve all of our students by having a deep knowledge of our majors and fostering stronger relationships between students, advisors, program directors, and faculty in each program. Students are urged to see their advisor a minimum of once per semester. Our philosophy is that we want to work with students in an on-going and pro-active manner rather than intermittently and only when problems arise.

Potential applicants to Teach Arizona for Secondary Education who already have earned a bachelor's degree should see the graduate coordinator in Teaching, Learning and Sociocultural Studies in room 702 or by phone at 520-621-7820.
