Undergraduate students are assigned to an advisor according to their program of study.   Advising by major allows us to best serve all of our students by having a deep knowledge of our majors and fostering stronger relationships between students, advisors, program directors, and faculty in each program. Students are urged to see their advisor a minimum of once per semester. Our philosophy is that we want to work with students in an on-going and pro-active manner rather than intermittently and only when problems arise.

Potential applicants to Teach Arizona for Secondary Education who already have earned a bachelor's degree should see the graduate coordinator in Teaching, Learning and Sociocultural Studies (room 702, 520-621-7820).
