How do I connect to UAWiFi?

Can I change my NetID password?
Yes. You will need to visit the NetID password change page.
I forgot my NetID password?
If you have forgotten your NetID password, your can reset the forgotten password by following the instructions on the Forgotten UA NetID Password page.
I have an email asking for my password, what should I do?
Phishing Scam emails may make their way into your UA email account. Your IT Support staff reminds you that the UA will NEVER ask you to reveal personal information, such as passwords or other restricted data by email, phone, text or other means of communication. Do not respond to these emails.
DO delete suspicious messages immediately.
DON'T click on any links in the message.
NEVER respond to an unsolicited email, or supply personal information as requested by an email, even if the message looks real.
NEVER supply your passwords or other sensitive information via an email message. No legitimate organization will request your password or other types of sensitive information via an email message.
How do I purchase a new computer?
Your IT Support staff recommends you contact us with your computing needs. We will put together a discounted quote from Dell or other manufacturer of your choice. The quote will be emailed to your administrative staff for processing and purchasing. When you receive your new computer, please deliver it to the IT Support staff so that we may configure and install necessary software.
