Applications are completed online at http://grad.arizona.edu/
Graduate College Application Form ($85.00 application fee for domestic, $95.00 fee for international).
TOEFL test scores (international applicants only).
*TOEFL score must be at least 550 (paper-based) or 79 (internet-based).
*TOEFL Institution Code: 4832.

Department Requirements
Application Checklist
Graduate College application for admission.
Official Transcripts from ALL institutions attended.
Two letters of recommendation.
Resume or vita
GRE or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) scores (Ed Specialist and Doctoral applicants only).
*GRE and MAT must have been taken within the last 5 years.
