A native Tucsonan and a UA grad.  Formerly owner/operator of several local businesses, including: Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Coldwell Banker Success Realty, Catalina Title, Tower Rentals, Arizona Stagecoach and Salon Nouveau; currently retired.  Community leadership includes the presidency of the Pima College Foundation, SACASA, Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, Tucson Housing Foundation, Tucson Village Farm, and others.  Professional leadership includes the presidency of the Tucson Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service, the Governors Real Estate Advisory Board, Tucson 30, Citizens Planning Advisory Commission, Pima County Charter Commission, and others.  UA involvement includes membership on the Eller National Advisory Board, the College of Education National Advisory Board, AZPM Community Advisory Board; I sponsor named programs in both Eller and the College of Education and have endowed the dean's chair of the College of Education.  I received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the UA in 2013.
