Free Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop

The Gender Pay Gap affects all of us, whether we are mid-way through our careers or applying for new positions. Learning how to establish, defend, and negotiate salary and benefits is fundamental over a lifetime. The following skills are essentials any time in your career:

• Being able to articulate your value
• Knowing data about how the “market” prices your job
• Learning how to respond when asked about salary (so as not to leave a lot on the table)

The local chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the UA Commission on the Status of Women are excited to offer you a two-part experience designed to prepare you for negotiating fair salary and benefits packages.
