Workstation support is provided by Aaron, David and Leticia to the College of Education faculty and staff. Examples of services we provide include computer specifications, configuration, and installation; Windows and Macintosh operating system support; application installation and troubleshooting; anti-virus and anti-spyware software installation, updates, monitoring, and removal and peripheral (smartphones, PDAs, printers, scanners) support and configuration. Equipment checkout is also provided and is available to faculty, staff, and students for a variety of media: laptops, projectors, digital voice recorders, video cameras, digital still cameras, videoconferencing cart, DVD players, Webcams, and computer speakers. The Electronic Classroom (EDUC 102) is an instructional computer lab available to College of Education faculty for class reservations. There are no open-lab hours. Visit the Room 102 information page to see the room schedule and software list. The Electronic Classroom can be reserved Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. and is available on weekends by special request. Frequently asked questions are also available online.
