Arizona Department of Education: Discipline Initiative Task Force (2003- present)
Invited charter member of multi-disciplinary team established by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The goal of this task force is to develop effective statewide policies and supports that encourage safe and effective schools. Chairperson of Evaluation Committee.

National / International Outreach

Publications Chair Council for Children with Behavior Disorders (2007 - Present)
Coordination of publication for the leading journal in the field of emotional and behavioral disorders (Behavioral Disorders) and a research-based practices practitioner journal (Beyond Behavior).

Consultation with Early Childhood Autism Endorsement Project (2005 - 2007)
Providing consultation to researchers at the University of Florida on development of a state-wide on-line teacher certificate endorsement course focusing on early childhood autism.

Consultation with National Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports II (2003 - 2007)
Selected to develop and evaluate models of technology-based professional development for a national demonstration project that has received a second round of funding to continue and extend its mission for an additional five years.

National Center on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports: Training of Trainers (2004)
Invited presenter of a roundtable session at national conference hosted by a federally funded technical assistance center. The goal of the conference was to provide state-level organizers of school-wide change efforts with knowledge of cutting-edge staff training practices.
