Author and Instructor with Karen Mulholland (ASDB). Functional Vision Assessment Project. Karen Mulholland (ASB low vision specialist) and I authored and taught five teaching modules for the FVA project. Each module was designed to take three hours of instruction (two 1 ½ hour sessions). After each module, the U of A students and ASB teachers worked together to conduct assessment of what they learned with a student from the teacher’s class.
