L Penny Rosenblum, Ph.D.

Dr. Rosenblum is very involved in the field of visual impairment. She recently developed a web site, VIPrepShare, so that colleagues who prepare personnel in the field of visual impairment can have an on-line community to share resources and teaching materials. Since 2001 she has been a board member of the Technology Access Center of Tucson. Dr. Rosenblum served as the Conference Committee Chair for the Fall 2010 conference of the Arizona Association for Education Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AZAER).
