Dr. Rosenblum earned her Ph.D. in 1997 from the University of Arizona and after preparing teachers of students with visual impairments (TVIs) for 2 years at Florida State University, joined the UofA faculty in 1999. Currently she coordinates a program to prepare 10 TVIs for the state of Nevada. Her research interests include social skills, nondriving, personnel preparation, and braille codes (literary and Nemeth). Dr. Rosenblum has published widely and often presents at conferences and gives workshops both in the United States and Canada.
